No - the warranty is with the manufacturer of the product you purchase. Should you need an exchange or warranty repair please follow the directions which came with your purchase re: warranty issues. it is recommended that you follow warranty registration procedures detailed in your owners guide. Fixed shipping is the cost to have your item delivered by UPS or FedEx Ground within the lower 48 states of the United States only. If your shipping is address is a P.O. Box there will be extra shipping cost incurred as I must then ship by USPS which is more costly. Neither FedEx or UPS will deliver to a P.O. Box. I appreciate your understanding.
